We started out in a little spot in Ōtaki, changing up our pie flavours every single day just to keep things interesting - for you and for us! Back then, it was all about experimenting with bold, unexpected fillings, making pies that felt familiar but totally different.
Now we’re based in Wellington, still doing things our way: one pie at a time, hand-shaped and baked in small batches throughout the day.
Our menu changes with the seasons, and we’re always chasing new ideas. Think outside the usual steak-and-cheese box. We get weird, we get creative, and we love it.
This next step? More pies, more places, same energy.
